Honda City Midsized Sedan 2011 Launch in India

Honda launched the new version of their midsized sedan, City in India earlier today In all five variants of 2012 City sedan are launched in India. New Honda City sedan is one of the most awaited midsized sedans in the Indian auto industry. Price of different Honda City variants is as follows; (Ex-showroom, New Delhi)

The new city will be priced between 699,000 rupees and 1.02 million rupees at showrooms in New Delhi, Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. said.

Demand for the City stagnated partly because Honda doesn't sell any diesel variants of the model. Diesel-powered cars have been gaining popularity in India as they are more efficient and the government subsidises the fuel due to its higher impact on inflation than gasoline.

Munnabhai Returns In 2012 Titled Munnabhai Chale America

There was never a doubt that Sanjay Dutt will make a comeback as his most alluring character Munnabhai. But there was always a question as to when it is going to happen. It’s been really long since we heard about Munnabhai Chale Amerika. Finally, the producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra and director Raju Hirani have made up their mind to start another Munnabhai film.

If all goes well, Munnabhai will return from his 6-year exile, after his latest outing in Lage Raho Munnabhai, reports TOI. Rajkumar Hirani's superhit series will hit the floors in 2012, according to the daily. Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi will reprise their roles of Munna and
Circuit respectively and the movie will be titled Munnabhai Ki Aatma Katha, says the paper.

Burying reports of the actor duo not being part of the Munnabhai series, Chopra said, "Sanjay and Arshad are returning to play Munna and Circuit. We are developing the script right now." "The film should start by 2012," he added. Earlier, the third part was titled Munnabhai Chale America.

Katie Couric Break Up With Brooks Perlin

Katie Couric has split with boyfriend Brooks Perlin after five years, Page Six reported Tuesday.

The couple - who met at a 2006 fundraiser for cancer research - were "at different stages in their careers," according to a friend of the ABC correspondent, adding: "The split was inevitable."

"They have decided to move on," a friend told the paper, saying that things had been rocky for months and that businessman Perlin is moving out of Couric's Upper East Side home.

The two met at a St. Louis fundraiser in 2006. Speaking about him in April, Couric said, ""He's incredibly kind, caring and sensitive. He challenges me in ways I wouldn't be challenged otherwise. Even if we are not on the same page all the time, I like being in his space."

Geminids Geminid Meteor Shower Video 13th December 2011

The Geminids peak the nights of December 13th and 14th this year, one of the better meteor showers of the year. Unfortunately for 2011, most of the Geminids will be nearly invisible due to the very bright Moon that dominates the late night and early morning sky, when the Geminids are at their best.

After all, Henry Jun Wah Lee, a filmmaker and photographer from Los Angeles, spent three days and two nights with his camera in Joshua Tree National Park to capture video and photos featured in the film below.

“Observers with clear skies could see as many as 40 Geminids per hour,” said NASA’s Bill Cooke of the NASA Meteoroid Environment Office. “Our all-sky network of meteor cameras has captured several early Geminid fireballs. They were so bright, we could see them despite the moonlight.”

Although the meteors will be diminished for the Geminid Meteor Shower in 2011, I'll still take a look, since a big shower like this has plenty of bright meteors that pierce the night despite moonlight.
